WHY INDOOR INFRARED-HEATED CLASSES
Infrared heat penetrates your body, improving your circulation, enhancing oxygenation and relaxing your muscles. This has proven beneficial for yoga enthusiasts who rely on their discipline to help alleviate the symptoms of chronic pain conditions, such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and fibromyalgia.
HOW TO SIGN UP?
Register for class to save your spot
We begin and end class on time so be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before class to park, use the restroom and get settled.
Bring a yoga mat, towel and water. You will SWEAT, so be prepared and SHINE! We have gear available for sale and rent as desired.
Be smart and respectful of others. Please do not register or show up for class if you are feeling unwell.
Cancellation policy: We reserve the right to cancel class at anytime. If we do cancel a class you are registered for, you will receive a text or email to let you know. Make sure you sign up in advance to make the communication and commitment solid on both sides. We take attendance and will mark you as attending, or not-attending. If you register with classpass and would like something adjusted, please contact their customer support since they have different policies and do charge extra fees for no-shows.

FLOW CLASSES 🔥
DEEP ▲▲▲ steady vinyasa yoga
Drop below the surface. This class moves at a steady, intentional pace — giving you time to feel each posture, refine your alignment, and connect to your breath. You’ll work through strong standing sequences, balance poses, and breath-driven transitions before winding down on the floor to reset. It’s the kind of challenge that builds lasting strength, clarity, and resilience without rushing. You’ll leave anchored and at ease — strong in body, steady in mind.

SURGE ▲▲▲▲ dynamic vinyasa yoga
Ride the wave. This class moves with more momentum — a brisk pace, creative transitions, and surprises along the way. Expect energizing standing sequences, balance work, and breath-connected movement, with optional challenges like arm balances, core drills, or maybe even some playtime upside down. Still steadfast and grounded, but with an extra spark that leaves you feeling energized, inspired, and in awe of yourself.

CHILL CLASSES
DRIFT ▲ yin yoga
When life’s been go-go-go, this is your purposeful pause. Settle into long-held, floor-based stretches that open your hips, shoulders, and back while your nervous system powers down. Cozy, quiet, and completely permission-based — you’ll walk out feeling like you finally hit your reset button. Expect to use bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support you in letting go.
Not heated, but the room is warm and welcoming.
TIDE ▲▲ 1/2 vinyasa flow, half yin yoga
The sweet spot between movement and stillness. Start with a slow, chaturanga-free flow to soften your edges, then sink into yin poses that release deep tension in your hips, back, and shoulders. Blocks, bolsters, and straps may be used to help you settle deeper into both flow and yin shapes. You’ll leave grounded, refreshed, and back to center.

PULSE CLASSES 🔥
HOT YOGA x HIIT ▲▲▲▲▲
Vinyasa flow with an extra shot of let’s go. You’ll start with a purposeful yoga warm-up to wake up your body and focus your breath. Then, it’s go-time — strength-training moves and cardio bursts that are body-weight only, designed to challenge your muscles and elevate your heart rate. You’ll close the work with a standing flow to reintegrate and realign before dropping down to the floor for a well-earned, full-body reset. You’re in charge of your intensity — but no matter what, you’ll sweat your brains out and leave class feeling unstoppable.

HOT YOGA x SCULPT ▲▲▲▲▲
Think yoga… but make it spicy. This high-energy, full-body burn blends our dynamic yoga flow with strength training, cardio bursts, and light weights—all set to a thoughtfully-curated, beat-driven playlist sure to boost endorphins, up your serotonin, and increase your heart-rate. The room is heated, the sweat is real, and so is the satisfaction. Expect squats, planks, burpees (!), and a whole lot of “whoa.” You’ll leave feeling stronger, empowered, and sparkly. Props used may include light hand weights and occasional resistance bands, blocks or pilates balls.

HOT PILATES ▲▲▲▲
Mat-based, beat-driven, and built to fire up your core. We mix classical Pilates foundations with low-impact, high-intensity sequences—think pulses, planks, glutes, and abs for days. Add heat and curated playlists, and you’ve got 45 minutes of spicy core magic. Expect small moves, big shakes, and results that speak louder than your inner critic.
Props used may include light hand weights, Pilates ball, loop, resistance bands.
